CATERING

The idea behind the creation of Blackcode event,
our catering service, is to make
our expertise and our know-how readily available
to our customers and clients, in places other than our restaurants.

Our offer revolves around high-end Japanese cuisine
and the refined French art de vivre, in order to provide to our clients
with services that meet our standards in
excellence, creativity and sophistication.

Private & Professionals receptions

Blackcode event proposes a tailored solution for professional or private lunches.

Our chefs and staff can prepare, cook and serve dishes ranging from freshly made Japanese lunch boxes (bentos) to gourmet tasting menus, in front of guests and patrons, thereby successfully creating a beautiful experience in a friendly atmosphere for our clients.

Cocktails & Large scale events

Blackcode event also proposes tailored offers for larger events - a cocktail format or a tasting menu format - and can manage either a portion, or the entirety of the organization and execution of the event (table presentation and decoration, staff, floral decoration…).

Dishes may be cooked on site by our chefs or delivered, at the convenience of our clients.
Blackcode event works hand in hand with its clients, developing and providing expertise for large scale events across France, thanks to a network of trusted partners.

Sushi bar

Our nomadic sushi bar work stations allow our Sushi Men to execute a variety of fine dishes before the eyes of patrons and guests. More than one of these stations can be available, depending on the needs of the event. Sushi bars may also be integrated as part of a larger event, as a culinary workshop for instance.

Pop-up restaurants

Within one-off events such as trade fairs, Blackcode event can and has set up temporary spaces dedicated to catering solutions and pop-up restaurants.

Such onsite solutions are expected to meet Blackcode Group’s commitment to excellence, and are invariably the result of careful planning centered around the specificities of big events, its location and the flux and volume and of expected visitors.
